About The Beacon
YMCA of Hong Kong The Beacon (YMCAHK The Beacon) is a service unit located in Cheung Sha Wan. Formerly known as the ‘YMCA of Hong Kong Beacon Centre Lifelong Learning Institute’, it commenced operations in 2010 and was renovated and renamed in 2025.
Established by YMCAHK as a ‘Community Lighthouse’, YMCAHK The Beacon aims to promote and practice Christian values. It is a multi-purpose centre that integrates living, arts, and learning to guide and connect youth and community members. Like a lighthouse, it seeks to transform the neighbourhood into a place that embodies faith, hope, and love.
YMCAHK The Beacon is committed to transforming lives and the community through its education-based mission. We believe education is the key to empowering individuals of all ages to realize their full potential, helping them become ‘lighthouses’ who guide others in the community toward a brighter future.

Our F&B － Café Imagine
Café Imagine is a social enterprise restaurant operated by The Salisbury, YMCA of Hong Kong. Its name draws inspiration from the biblical story of the "Wedding at Cana," in which Jesus performed his first miracle—turning water into wine—to reveal His glory.
At Café Imagine, we take pride in delivering exceptional cuisine alongside our commitment to community engagement. We provide flexible vocational training and internship opportunities for local residents, helping them gain valuable skills and confidence.
